A 12 yard roll off dumpster may be appropriate for a small basement or garage cleanout, yard debris cleanup, small or medium roofing projects or a small kitchen & bath remodeling job.

The 15-cubic yard dumpster is typically used for small to medium construction projects, renovating bathroom or bedroom projects.

The 20-cubic yard dumpster is typically used for medium construction projects, larger house or garage cleanouts, siding or deck removal as well as landscaping projects.

A 30- yard dumpster can handle about 14 pickup truck loads. This would be a good size for a large-scale project, landscaping construction, clearing a lot or any large project.
